The Dublin Cycling Campaign is an independent, voluntary cycling advocacy group that has been working to improve the city for all cyclists since 1993.
We are working to encourage cycling and to represent the interests of everyday cyclists. We want to make the streets safer for cyclists and to increase public awareness of the benefits of cycling.
We want to see a quantum increase in the use of the bike for commuting to school, college and workplace, recognising that a 'critical mass' of cyclists in traffic leads inevitably to safer streets. Safer streets for cyclists are also safer streets for pedestrians. Our core demands are listed on our campaigns page.
