Duikcoach heeft zich gespecialiseerd om problemen in communicatie en samenwerking op te lossen of te verbeteren. Als middel gebruiken we het duiken om onder water te ervaren hoe het is om niet verbaal te kunnen communiceren. Zeker in teams blijkt dit effectief te zijn om daarna wat onder water speelt naar boven te halen. In workshops gaan we met elkaar aan de slag. Uiteraard is het natuurlijk ook erg leuk als bedrijfsuitje!
Individueel bieden wij ook trajecten aan in twee diciplines, Namelijk met perslucht (cilinder) en zonder perslucht. Zit er veel spanning in je lijf, ervaar je stress en wil je echt leren relaxen, kies dan voor de module freedive. Wil je bijvoorbeeld angst over winnen, loslaten, en vertrouwen vergroten dan kies je voor duiken.
