Edge Fitness is a multidimensional health and wellness facility providing a personalized approach to fitness as well as providing a wide variety of wellness services to help customers meet their health goals. Services include: group fitness classes, personal training, nutrition coaching provided by a registered dietitian, running and cycling coaching, massage therapy, private and group pilates training (mat and reformer) and more! Every client starts out with a functional movement screen to assess the best path to their goals. Our goal at Edge is to build a community centered around fitness and fun!
