I provide counseling and bodywork to support healing and personal growth. Somatic Experiencing is a form of therapy aimed primarily at relieving post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental and physical trauma-related health problems by focusing on the client’s perceived body sensations. This helps the client access their own natural biological healing process still naturally present in wild animals, who do not suffer from PTSD. Craniosacral therapy provides deep rest for the restoration and resiliency of the nervous system, which supports the client to find more balance and to heal unresolved trauma. Craniosacral therapy is a hands on modality that works in particular with the craniosacral fluid that the spine and brain are bathed in. Subtle listening with the hands support the body’s natural health and vibrancy where the pathology in the fluid, bones, fascia, alignment are present.
