European Justice Forum

European Justice Forum was formed in 2005 and is a coalition of major international companies and professional organisations that are working to promote fair, balanced, transparent and efficient access to justice for consumers and enterprises in Europe without incurring the damage that would arise from adoption of class actions. We focus on promoting a balanced system of civil justice, on promoting fair, balanced, transparent and efficient civil justice laws and systems in Europe. We wish to ensure that the legal environment in Europe protects both consumers and businesses alike, and that those with a legitimate grievance have access to justice. We want a system in which innovation and enterprise can flourish and which enhances the international competitiveness of Europe. Through its membership and its office in Brussels, EJF engages in debate with opinion leaders in both European and national Governments.
