Established in 1994, we provide a blend of business strategy, marketing services, behavioural change and executive coaching services and techniques to help grow the business of our clients. On the strategy and marketing side we tend to work for either blue chip companies (e.g. Diageo) or as an outsourced resource for companies that want to grow their businesses. One of our major specialisations is resort and real estate sales & marketing. Clients include Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. Work includes strategy, database development, bespoke software provision and marketing implementation. For all our marketing activity for clients, we use Communication Cycle Management© (CCM) - the concept of developing a plan to ensure that the marketing to retain current business and gain new business is going on all the time.
