Family Care Hospital was established in October 2007 as a BOI approved project. We are located 4km away from Kalutara Bodiya, in front of the General Hospital Kalutara. Our hospital is the largest private hospital situated outside Colombo metropolitan area. Our highly qualified medical professionals render the best services at an affordable price with a holistic approach towards the individual. Family Care Hospital is the pioneers of introducing EMR (Electronic Medical Record keeping System) in Sri Lanka. This enables us to maintain complete Electronic Medical Records of each individual patient. We are the first hospital to issue digital computerized ECG and EEG records.
We are again pioneers in Electronic Personal Health Record System (Sri Lankan PHR) to Sri Lanka. It was appreciated in e-Swabhimani 2012 under E- Health category. We were selected as a best innovative health solutions (as a finalist) in Manthan Award 2013.
