Créée en 1992 par d’anciens délégués du Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR), la Fondation DiDé est une fondation de droit suisse dont le secrétariat est basé à Genève. Depuis sa création, DiDé travaille principalement dans les pays en développement.
Notre mission
Nous soutenons l’éducation des personnes mineures et des femmes privées de liberté afin d’améliorer leurs conditions de vie et de favoriser leur réinsertion dans la société.
Forces vives des sociétés en développement, les mineurs et les femmes en situation de détention sont pourtant trop souvent négligés et oubliés par tous. Nous sommes convaincus qu’ils doivent bénéficier d’une deuxième chance. Augmenter les chances d’une réinsertion réussie c’est également participer à terme au développement d’une société et d’un pays.
La finalité de notre action est de contribuer à un environnement respectueux de la dignité des personnes privées de liberté.
