Welcome to Ford Investment Properties Ford is an experienced owner and operator of high quality, commercial real estate properties. Our portfolio consists primarily of retail real estate assets and includes multi-tenant shopping centers single-tenant, triple-net leased, joined and freestanding buildings. We categorize our strategies as both stabilized and value-add or repositioning opportunities, as well as ground-up development projects. We offer both traditional real estate fund investments to individual Accredited Investors and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) products for those completing a Section 1031 "like-kind"​ exchange. Our past experience, and hence our expertise, is in actively managed multi-tenant and single-tenant properties. When it comes to re-leasing, build-out and/or capital improvements, we know who to call and how to handle it.
