The company was established in 1932 in Piossasco (Turin) as a manufacturer of ball-joints, pins, valve tappets and gear box mechanisms for a number of customers such as FIAT Veicoli Industriali, SAME and LANCIA.
In 1996 our company was awarded the ISO 9002 certification by DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV) and a few months later facilities were moved to the new factory in the industrial estate in Bruino, near to the finished parts warehouse.
