FTDefense is a global private security company, founded in 2012 by Falach and Tal. The founders are veterans from classified elite Israeli forces, specializing in security in the private and governmental sector. Falach is a field expert in building teams for deliberate missions and operations, both in offensive and defensive sectors. In addition, Falach has experience in managing hundreds of special forces units and troops. Tal is a veteran from a classified unit in Israel's Ministry of defense, and has spent 7 years in the personal private sector, securing ambassadors and government personal. The two come from different elite-based backgrounds, which is why their collaboration is a winning combination.
