In collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine, Dr. Sandra Scheinbaum and Elyse Wagner founded the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, Inc. in 2015, out of their passion for two trends that are significantly impacting healthcare:
•The rapid growth of Functional Medicine as the model for 21st century healthcare that can both prevent
and reverse chronic disease.
•The potential for health coaches to work alongside medical professionals and create a culture of wellness.
