We are the Funky Fresh Foods. We have worked with sustainable food development, sales and manufactoring since 2009 through courses, catering, events and products in health food stores. Sustainability for us is all about knowledge and about choices. Without knowledge of sustainability, we can not make sustainable choices. Much of our business is therefore about innovation and information.
Our buisness idè is to make sustainable food choices good and easy. Sustainability for us stands on four pillars: community, individual, environment and economy. The food we cook should get you to do best, without sugar and artificial additives. It shall be produced under the best possible conditions for the environment. And it shall also be at a price the consumer can pay, and that gives our chefs and farmers a salary they can live on.
