GladEye Press is an independent publisher of books and other printed (and electronic) materials. Located in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, we specialize in books for and about the people of the Northwest. Owner/Publishers Jeff Bolkan & Sharleen Nelson are a husband and wife team with more than 50 years combined professional experience as editors and writers. Deeply rooted in the region, both are native Oregonians and have lived, worked, and played along the coast, in the cities, smaller towns, and many of the places populated by little more than moss, ferns, and trees, or jackrabbits, juniper, and cattle. They love the Northwest. They understand that there are a great many special stories and look forward to being a part of the storytelling.
