Licensed Real Estate Broker in Arkansas, Texas, and North Carolina and will probably expand this also to include all recipricol states to Georgia when we get established there. Also have sister company called Arrant Green Inc that handles the land development, building development, and redevelopment of assets to meet LEED certification standards.We also plan to buy foreclosed and distressed commercial short sale assets or multifamily assets that can be retrofitted to meet LEED certification and can be bought on trailing 12 month NOI at a 9 cap for most product types and 10-11 cap for hotels. We further want to develop or redevelop mixed-use business parks and lifestyle centers to meet LEED certification standards.
