Grupo Vasconia, S.A.B. provides industrial and consumer products in Mexico. It operates through two divisions, Industrial Products and Consumer Products. The Industrial Products division produces flat aluminum products, including rolls, sheets, tapes, and plates; natural and painted discs; aluminum foils for industrial and domestic use; and trays and finstock products under the Almexa, Imasa, Alupak, Alurey, and Aluchef brands for distributors and producers of aluminum articles. The Consumer Products division develops, manufactures, and markets articles, such as Pots Express pans and grills, cookware, utensils and auxiliaries, pastry molds, knives and chopping boards, crockery and cutlery, hermetic products and thermos, kitchen accessories, products for bar and barbecue, professional line, etc. This division distributes its products to departmental stores, self-service stores, price clubs, wholesalers, government, furniture stores, specialized and own stores, catalog sales, and factory outlets. It also exports its products to the United States, and Central and South America. The company was formerly known as Ekco, S.A.B. and changed its name to Grupo Vasconia, S.A.B. in 2008. Grupo Vasconia, S.A.B. was founded in 1911 and is based in Cuautitlán, Mexico.
