Hampshire Mediation offers mediation to clients throughout the UK. The firm, which is based in Winchester, was established in 2012 by three experienced mediators and has a combined total of over 48 years of experience in the mediation profession. At Hampshire Mediation we work with you to deliver a quick, efficient and cost effective means of resolving even the most difficult of disputes. Mediation is a method of Alternative Dispute Resolution which involves the parties to the dispute sitting down with a neutral third party - the mediator - and work together to find a solution to the problem. It is quick, economical and effective. Quick because mediation can be arranged at very short notice. Economical because it avoids the high legal costs associated with going to trial. Effective because 80 - 85% of mediations end with a settlement that is acceptable to all parties.
