One of our specialist areas lies within the Pup & Paper industry, specifically the recovery loop process of kraft (sulphate) pulp mills. We have developed proprietary technology for the handling of kraft soap from the digester to the recovery boiler. This technology comes under our PINOLA kraft soap solutions portfolio and includes Pinola BLiSS and Pinola TOPP.
Pinola BLiSS effectively separates black liquor from kraft soap removing the unwanted soap from the black liquor stream to the recovery boiler thereby increasing the recovery boiler capacity and reducing evaporator fouling.
