Mindfulness is used as a touchstone in my psychotherapy work. I have worked with trauma survivors since 1986, having trained in Bioenergetics, which was popular at the time. I ran trauma groups for 10 years. Currently, my webpage describes the revised work I do with PTSD treatment, which is gentler. Combining Somatic Experiencing and EMDR works to help clients more safely access traumatic stress stored in their nervous systems.
I also describe my work with the lesbian/gay/bisexual/and transgendered community, offering individual and couples' work. My work is compassionate, mindful, and empowering.
