HitGen Ltd, a life science company based in Chengdu in SW China, has established a unique platform for early drug discovery research. Our DNA encoded libraries contain over 1 billion drug-like compounds with immense diversity, based around more than 600 distinct scaffolds, and can be accessed by our partners to find novel hits and leads for even the more challenging protein classes. It incorporates over 20 million macrocyclic compounds which have provided confirmed cell active hits against PPI targets such as IL17 and PCSK9.
HitGen has established capabilities in protein expression and purification, in-vitro screening and affinity selection, chemical library design and synthesis, and medicinal chemistry to facilitate rapid project progression and aims to be a leading provider in progressing projects from target to leads stage.
