Milestones in the company’s history
1944– The Garden Cooperatives Economic Central Office of Poland was set up.
1958– The Enterprise „HORTEX” was established.
1965– The new Hortex plant introduces the first tunnel freezer provided for manufacturing of frozen fruit and vegetables;
’70– In the 70's Hortex is one of the leading suppliers of agricultural and food products in the CEE.
‘80– In the mid-80's Hortex became one of the world’s leading manufacturers of concentrated fruit juices.
1989– Hortex launches the first production line for aseptic packaging of juices in carton boxes.
1997– The enterprise starts its operation under the name of Hortex Holding S. A.
