Hospital Case Management LLC [HCM] is an independent case management consulting firm. Its goals are to utilize innovative solutions to create safe, quality, cost-effective outcomes in a short period. We have a proven track record to help its clients reduce Length of Stay (LOS) and denials, as well as improve RAC compliance. With the proper application of HCM’s proprietary system, clients have gained control over case management functions, including medical necessity. The implementation of the HCM system has increased both CMS compliance and revenue for hospitals.
We will create a customized proposal to assess qualitative and quantitative aspects of case management functions, upon request. We will generate a set of customized recommendations with realistic goals and timelines to meet the hospital’s needs.
