As a venture firm (No.1004031: R&D Firm) in the field of air and water pollution prevention, IL WOO TECH Co., Ltd. has established its own research institute.
IL WOO TECH succeeded in commercializing the Eco-Friendly Part Washing Device (KHP-37) based on "VOC Flow Circuit System" as a new technology for removing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by using bio-ceramic filters. Accordingly, the KHP-37 can replace the prohibited open-type washers.
The KHP-37 passed the SCAQMD's test to identify how much VOCs could be removed (more than 95%) and received a sales permit in September 2011, the first of its kind.
As well, we obtained the patent on the Bio-Ceramic Filter for removing organic solvents originating VOCs and bad smells through metabolic process of microorganism (Patent No. 0952572).
IL WOO TECH possesses a lot of original technologies on part washers and air cleaners using bio-ceramic filters through PCT patent applications (as well as Korean and American patents).
