India Health Ventures is setting up an early stage fund to invest in professionally incubated Medical Technology startups that are working on "affordable innovations" for the mid-income developing world market. IHV's partner company, InnAccel, will select and incubate promising MedTech startups at its MedTech Accelerators, being set up initially in 3 cities, in collaboration with leading academic institutes. InnAccel is also building innovation networks with clinicians, technologists and industry experts, and well as networks of mentors and business service providers. IHV is interested in connecting with researchers and technologists with a game-changing product idea or technology, as well as MedTech industry veterans who'd like to support our start-ups and explore the entrepreneurial path. IHV is also looking to partner with a senior investment professional, with early-stage investing exposure, and a passion to build technologies and companies that make a difference.
