I have been in private practice for the past six years, bringing a very integrative, experiential and wholistic approach to psychotherapuetic care. Utilizing both Western and Eastern modalities, such as, Art Therapy, Guided Visualization, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness practices, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Talk Therapy and Reiki allow me to efficiently tailor-make a treatment plan that works specifically to each client's needs. I work with individuals of all ages in the Fort Collins, Loveland, and Boulder, Colorado areas. Within my practice, I have acted as a consultant and contractor with various local agencies and non-profits, I am always welcoming of any new and interesting opportunities working within my model.
