The word leader is a noun not a verb. Yet, most leader development programs focus on what the leader should do. Few focus on who the leader is. Insight University's Transformational Leadership program focuses on developing leaders to have the wisdom to know who they are and then bring that awareness to their environment.
Developing wisdom requires a holistic approach that takes into account not only the leaders' intellectual needs, but the needs of their heart as well. Wisdom emerges from experience, tempered through an educated mind and heart.
