Current Positions Available:
Customer Service Representative
• Must possess analytical skills and be detailed oriented with an ability to multi-task.
• Monitor customer service phone calls and emails.
• Ability to handle difficult or complex problems and resolve customer complaints.
• Answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures.
• Experience in a distribution/wholesale company dealing with retailers a PLUS.
• Data Entry, general office work and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Research, compile, and prepare reports required by management.
