Jenkins Custom Homes is a full service design-build firm serving Austin and the Central Texas Hill Country. Established in 1992, the firm has received over 110 international, national, statewide, and local awards, including “Custom Builder of The Year” for the State of Texas three separate times. Proprietor, Shan Jenkins, holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University, an MBA from St. Thomas University, and is a Certified Graduate Builder (National Association of Home Builders). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Home Builder's Association of Greater Austin and is the Lakeway Chapter President.
In tandem with their focus on superior construction methods and materials, JCH has in-house architectural team to provide custom home designs (blueprints) that are unique to the land and lifestyle of each project. They specialize in water front properties, highly unique designs, complex, and custom finishes.
