JP2 is an architecture and interior design firm grounded in masterplanning and urban design. Our projects span the commercial and institutional sectors and include mixed use, retail, multi-family residential , office, hotel and academic or public structures.
The three partners: Jamie Pett, John Hutch and Gordon Godat bring a collective experience of over 50 years delivering high quality architecture and interiors.
Located in the Canton area of Baltimore, JP2 has nevertheless executed projects across the country as well as in China, Brazil, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas
Architecture, Design and Construction
Architects design buildings and the spaces around buildings. They work for individuals, companies and governments, from small scale projects like private houses to large scale projects like office complexes and shopping centers. Architects do not only design the building itself, but also the landscape around it, from how the building will be positioned on the plot and how it will interact with its surroundings. Architects also need to consider the purpose of the building, the materials used for its construction and the impact the building will have on its environment.
