Con más de 14 años de experiencia y alrededor de 70 proyectos construidos, JSª desarrolla proyectos de diversas índoles como casas, viviendas, vivienda social, museos, escuelas, espacios comerciales y culturales, oficinas, espacios públicos en México principalmente, así como en Perú, Costa Rica, Panamá y China.
Liderado por el arq. Javier Sánchez y con más de 40 premios nacionales e internacionales, JSª es un despacho joven que incluye más de 60 personas, cada una especializada en su área: arquitectura, diseño de interiores, ingeniería, construcción, dirección arquitectónica de obra, desarrollo inmobiliario, operaciones y responsabilidad ambiental.
Desde 2007, JSª ha diseñado varios proyectos significativos e integrados al contexto peruano: El 22 (ganador de la Medalla de Plata en la Bienal de Arquitectura Mexicana), el edificio Barranco, casa San Isidro, Conjunto de casas Condores, edificio Miraflores, casa Parque Acosta y la Casa Palillos.
