L'Atelier Animation est actuellement en cours de production du long-métrage d’animation 3D "Ballerina", produit par Caramel Films (Starbuck) et Quad Cinéma (Intouchables).
Le film raconte l'histoire de Félicie, 11 ans, qui vit dans un orphelinat en Bretagne. Sa vie y est stricte et triste, mais rien n'a d'importance puisque Félicie a un rêve qui l'anime: danser.
Avec l'aide de son ami Victor, elle réussit à s'enfuir et à monter dans un train... le train pour Paris! Où de nombreuses rencontres l'y attendent...
"Ballerina" est un récit drôle et émouvant dont l'action est centrée sur Paris à la fin du 19e siècle et plus précisément autour du somptueux Opéra Garnier. "Ballerina" est aussi un récit émouvant sur l'amitié, la confiance en soi et la famille.
