The Creative Unit Inc. (www.creativeunit.com), was founded In June 2004. The studio offers consultation services in industrial/ product design, with a specialization in utilitarian and recreational transportation. Martin Aubé, the owner and president, is a passionated hand-on industrial designer.
The studio aims to be a leader in the industrial design and transportation R&D fields. These goals are reached with the support of an exceptional team and a vast network, as well as an efficient design process and high quality standards.
A studio founded on a solid educational background: Martin Aubé has a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from the University of Montréal (1988) and has been a member of the Association des Designers Industriels du Québec (ADIQ) since 1992. He also holds a certificate in Aeronautics from l’École Polytechnique of the University of Montréal, a certificate in fine arts from Bishop’s University, and completed a bachelor’s degree in art history at U
