Living from the Heart was developed by Aisha Ali. It is an integrative approach of mind / body, spirit drawing from eastern and western approaches and practices to sustain and create healthy relationships with the self and others. Combining Integrative Psychotherapy, Dramatherapy, Breath work, Meditation and Energy Work
Founded by Aisha Ali in 2004 several hundreds of people have attended Living from The heart’s retreats and workshops including individual and couples therapy.
As the founder of Living from The Heart I lead couples and individuals towards learning how to make deep changes towards creating more conscious and loving relationships and connections. This includes working within organisations.
