LLR was founded in 2000. Our firm is directed by Guillaume de La Bigne and Vincent Remy (founders), as well as the partners Gilles Escudier, Emmanuel Potdevin, Clémence Thiollier, Kristell Erout and Richard Monni. The partners of LLR have also founded the chinese office LLR China.
We provide Industrial Property consultancy services to our customers, allowing them to :
- acquire Industrial and Intellectual property rights by managing the application procedures for Industrial and Intellectual Property titles (trademarks, designs, patents, copyright, domain names),
- defend the rights acquired through pre-litigation actions (infringement seizure and customs seizure proceedings) and lawsuits (actions for infringement),
- help to maximize the value of the rights acquired by preparing in particular assignment or licence contracts.
We also offer our skills in various other fields of Intellectual Property law or related areas such as copyright and unfair competition.
