Le Lycée Français International Georges Pompidou est le seul établissement conventionné du réseau de l’AEFE de Dubaï-Sharjah (Agence pour l’Enseignement Français à l’Etranger).
Le LFIGP accueille 2800 élèves de plus de 50 nationalités, répartis sur 4 sites : Oud Metha, Academic City Elémentaire, Academic City Secondaire et Sharjah.
Le LFIGP dispense à tous les niveaux un enseignement conforme aux objectifs, programmes et méthodes fixés par le Ministère de l’Education Nationale français, en adéquation avec les instructions des autorités éducatives locales.
Le LFIGP prépare les élèves au Diplôme National du Brevet, ainsi qu’aux Baccalauréats des séries générales (L/ES/S). Le taux de réussite à ces examens oscille entre 97 et 100% tous les ans, avec une majorité de mentions.
Suite aux inspections des instances éducatives locales (KHDA à Dubaï et SEZ à Sharjah), le LFIGP est évalué « Outstanding », meilleur classement possible pour un établissement scolaire.
