Please note that we have evolved a comprehensive strategy using Public Private Partnership (PPP) focusing on providing high quality infrastructure for "HIKES" – Health, Income, Knowledge, Environment & Socio – Cultural development. This strategy emphasizes on harnessing the important human resources in slum dwellers and provides opportunities to increase their income.
We had originally conceived Dharavi project using PPP model and currently it is being redeveloped using our strategy with zero or negligible expense to the Government of Maharashtra (GoM). We are Project Management Consultants for slum rehabilitation projects involving over 500,000 slum families living on Mumbai Airport land, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation areas, and cities like Nagpur, Jalgaon, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
