The Massachusetts CFIDS/ME & FM Association is one of the oldest voluntary patient associations for these illnesses in the United States. Founded in 1985, our organization exists to meet the needs of CFIDS/ME (Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalopathy) and FM (Fibromyalgia) patients, their families and loved ones. We also work to educate and involve interested healthcare providers. We seek to educate the general public so that CFIDS/ME and FM will be recognized and understood as real, serious and severely disabling illnesses.
We are an all-volunteer organization.
