MOKA is a nonprofit charitable agency serving individuals with disabilities in a six county area in western Michigan. Founded in 1978 by a small group of concerned parents and citizens, MOKA provides critical supports for over 800 individuals and their families and employs approximately 580 staff members in support of this mission. Our agency provides a variety of services including specialized residential supports in community based homes, community living supports geared toward independent living, skill building programs based entirely in the community, supports coordination for individuals living in residential programs and in more independent settings as well as clinical supports (psychological, psychiatric, nursing, OT, PT, dietary, etc.)
MOKA's Youth Autism Program works with children from the ages of 18 months to 18 years. Their work involves direct implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles under the clinical supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
