The company has provided support to credit unions, banks and mortgage banking CUSOs to help facilitate the purchase and sale of residential mortgage loans and provides warehouse lines of credit to facilitate the sale of residential mortgage loans to the secondary market. The company has specialized expertise in working with residential mortgage pools where servicing is retained by the originating lender. We also can assist with the sale of loans held in portfolio or that do not meet the standards of the GSEs. The MLS team can also assist with consulting services related to the purchase or sale of loans.
