We are also going to dredge all rivers on this planet, down to their foundation/base and use the removed materials to:
1. Build homes for $17,000, above flood levels: Because unless Costing for Residential homes don’t turn around and go back to where the cost should be: 1985, no one will be able to rent or purchase a home anywhere!
2. Rebuild the Katrina Disaster Zone, why it was ever built below sea level is beyond me! We will rebuild it ABOVE Sea Levels: It’s our way or the highway!

All dredged Rivers now can flow flood waters to their output instead of over flowing their Dikes: We will add new water ways from rivers to the hot zones that require more water during the summers, which will also move the former flooding waters to locations that can save it for the HOT summers: Of course, according to President Bush
