Mysmallhelp Peru

MySmallHelp Peru is a non-profit organisation that works directly with people with disabilities or living in poverty (primarily children), to improve their living conditions. We currently help more than 20 beneficiaries and their families in the Cusco region. Our work involves guaranteeing their rights to education, giving them access to medical care, and helping the families acquire opportunities and skills to increase their income. Our vision is to help provide a brighter future for our beneficiaries, by providing immediate assistance, whilst simultaneously working to develop a long term sustainable income plan, negating the need for further hand outs and avoiding a culture of dependency. To support our beneficiaries, we develope individualised plans for each one involving legal, medical, educational, social support and other identified fields. We also work with the communities at large, by setting up projects to promote sustainable development, and providing support in special needs partner schools
