N-tigen Insights

N-tigen Insights is a Swedish-based biotechnology. We are focused on delivering new reagents for unmet needs in diabetes, cancer, neuroscience and cell biology. Our synthetic N-timer™ molecules are small, peptide-based reagents that can bind to markers inside a cell; when used with an imaging agent, you can visualize the desired cells for sorting to isolate an enrich population. Since the cells remain alive, you can use them in follow on experiments for drug discovery or to determine molecular signatures. N-timer™ molecules developed for preclinical studies can be redesigned and made suitable for translation into clinical studies to allow continuity of product development. As a synthetic molecule, N-timer™ molecule production can be transferred to a certified facility approved by regulators. N-timer™ molecules can be a suitable complement to current antibodies or may replace antibodies (or similar molecules), where antibodies cannot be used.
