NORMALISATION : Programme de normalisation
Le programme de normalisation est arrêté par l'INNORPI, en exécution des directives d'ensemble du Ministre chargé de l'industrie. A cet effet, l'Institut utilise les renseignements économiques qui lui sont communiqués, ainsi que les demandes qui lui sont adressées par les services publics, les organismes professionnels et interprofessionnels ou tout organisme qualifié.
L'INNORPI publie annuellement le programme de normalisation sur le bulletin officiel de la normalisation et procède à sa mise à jour au moins une fois par semestre.
La conception du programme de normalisation répond aux exigences de l'Organisation Mondiale du Commerce (OMC) pour l'élaboration des normes (annexe 3 de l'Accord sur les Obstacles Techniques au Commerce), notamment en ce qui concerne les indications suivantes :
L'intitulé.
La référence de base, si elle existe.
L'indicatif de stades ISO pour l'élaboration des norme.
La classification internationale des normes.
