Hornbaker Group LLC (formerly Power Loft Services LLC) is a national development services company that was formed in September 2011 as a joint venture with Corporate Office Properties Trust -- COPT (NYSE OFC) for the purpose of developing high efficiency, high security, high density data centers in multiple markets throughout the United States. In 2012, the management of the Hornbaker Group assumed COPT's interest in Power Loft Services and renamed the company to the Hornbaker Group. The Hornbaker Group provides mission critical site acquisition, design, construction, financing, marketing and management experience in building a portfolio of mission critical assets.
