Northern Shield Engineering Ltd. (NSEL) is a Winnipeg, MB based consulting engineering firm established in 2014 by Dan Rapinda, P.Eng., so that he could step back from corporate management and return to directly servicing clients in his fields of expertise.
NSEL provides welding engineering and related design services for structural, industrial, and repair applications. Dan has been providing specialized structural and welding engineering consulting services to hundreds of clients in dozens of industries for nearly 20 years.
NESL works directly with owners, manufacturers, and contractors, providing practical solutions utilizing the materials, resources and tools readily available in order to minimize implementation costs and time.
