Novec est le fruit de la fusion entre les sociétés Ingéma et Scet-Scom, dont CDG Développement est l’actionnaire de référence.
Novec regroupe désormais les activités des deux bureaux d’études, dont il convient de rappeler les plus importantes :
Scet-Scom (fondée en 1958) : Bâtiment, Aménagements urbains, Génie rural, Alimentation en eau et Assainissement.
Ingéma (fondée en 1973) : Grandes infrastructures (Barrages, Autoroutes, Ouvrages d'art, Ports, Tunnels), Ressources en eau, Energie et Environnement.
Fort de l'expertise reconnue de ces deux bureaux, Novec est désormais un acteur de premier ordre dans le domaine de l’ingénierie, employant près de 500 collaborateurs, intervenant dans des domaines d’activité variés.
Novec, dont le siège social est à Rabat, est également présente à l'échelle régionale à travers ses agences de Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir et bientôt à Tanger et Fès. Elle opère également à l'international, où elle est appelée à devenir l'un des bureaux de référence, notamment en Afri
