Noah was a non-profit Child Protection organisation which committed to building the capacity of South African communities to care for their own children orphaned or made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS. They had a database of approximately 60 000 children who they provided services to in over 100 communities. (These children are now registered with the Arks directly) The support provided to these children in the poorest of communities range from nutritional feeding programs to homework assistance, life skills training, day-care, after-care and psychosocial support. - This support continues, even without funding.
