これ以外に個人事務所として、元リクルートのネットワークの中で依頼される、各種研修の講師を引き受けている。
研修講師として実施したコンテンツは、営業スキルUP、営業マネジメント、組織マネジメント、キャリア開発、問題解決技法、条件交渉、事業戦略立案、時間管理、プロジェクトマネジメント、コミュニケーションスキル、リーダーシップ開発等幅広い。
リクルート時代は営業および営業Mgrとしての経歴が長かったので、上記研修コンテンツも机上の空論ではなく、実践の中で積み重ねてきた成功体験や失敗体験を基に運営している。
研修コンテンツの開発もやらないことはないが、どちらかというと講師としての研修運営の方が得意。自分は研修運営の演奏家だと思っている。作曲家（コンテンツ開発者）の意図と、プロモーター（研修発注者）の目的に照らし、オーディエンス（研修受講者）の状況に合わせた演奏を行う様にしている。
