Oliver Gospel Mission has been serving the Midlands community for 127 years, making it the oldest rescue mission in the Southeast and 6th oldest in the United States.
The Mission assists those in need in our community by providing food, shelter, clothing, chapel services, and addiction recovery and employment programs.
In September 2011, Oliver Gospel Mission opened its first thrift store, the Oliver Gospel Thrift Store. All proceeds from thrift store fund Oliver Gospel Mission and its services.
The mission of Oliver Gospel Mission is to see that the broken and homeless are sheltered, given the gospel of Jesus Christ, and equipped to live responsibly.
