- the amalgamation of medical professionals together under one roof in primary health care centres and
- online purchasing of glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses.
The large optical retailers have almost entirely captured the market and the emphasis is total devoted to sales. Sales = profit /dumbed down eye test fee.
Time for a change, bring back the professional charge a fee for his expertise and a fair price for the frames and lenses.
Working within GP surgeries, along side the other health care professionals we make every effort to bring great expertise and value to the centre.
